Submission Guidelines

How to Submit Full-text Paper

The full-text paper should not be more than 5000 words on A4 size with standard margins. Papers should contain full name, affiliations along with e-mail of author(s), abstract, keywords, author biography, and references properly cited in the text of article as per (ETD referencing style) APA 7 referencing style. The paper submitted should be an un-published document. While the copyright for the paper would belong to the author, NDLTD organisers reserves the right to host a copy of the papers in its institutional repository in open access.


All papers must be submitted electronically, as a PDF file, and uploaded on https://etd2023.inflibnet.ac.in/ The direct link for paper submission is https://etd2023.inflibnet.ac.in/submission/login.php. The submissions should be formatted with double-spaced, single-column pages using at least 10 pt. size fonts on A4 or letter pages in APA style format. The submissions are related to the themes listed above; however, the conference Programme Committee will also consider submissions on any other aspect of ETDs. The language of the conference will be English.


Deadline for Full Conference Paper August 15, 2023.


Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings of abstracts. At least one author or co-author for each accepted abstract MUST be registered by 31 July 2023, for the ETD 2023 conference. The programme committee will remove the papers of the authors who are not registered by this date.
