Kamani Perera has gained 30+ years professional experience as a Librarian and obtained merit pass for master degree in information management (MIM) from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She is a visiting lecturer to Sri Lankan universities in the field of information science and research methodology and an examiner for evaluation of Ph.D. thesis in a South Asian University. She has published over 100 research papers nationally and internationally and presented research papers and posters in ETD conferences since 2009. She has travelled extensively in Asia, America and Europe. She is a member of many cultural organizations in the world and contributor of International Advisory Boards, Editorial Boards and Review Committees. She is presently working as Manager – Research and Development in Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Sri Lanka.

Behrooz Rasuli obtained a B.A. in Library & Information Science from the University of Tehran in 2010, followed by an M.A. in the same field in 2012. His academic pursuits culminated in a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IranDoc) in 2019. Professionally, Behrooz holds pivotal roles. Since 2021, he's been an Assistant Professor at the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology (IranDoc). Furthermore, his expertise in bibliometrics has led him to consult several higher education institutes. He's an active member of the Information for All Programme (IFAP) Committee in Iran under UNESCO. Behrooz's research interests span Open Science, Scholarly Communication, Bibliometrics, Research Evaluation, Information Policy, Information Economics, and Intellectual Property Rights.

Jagadish Aryal is the Librarian at Social Science Baha, a research organisation in Nepal and a part-time faculty member at Nepal Open University. He received his master’s degree in library and information science, and also in sociology/anthropology from Tribhuvan University. He has played an active role in the growth of the library profession in Nepal and was instrumental in establishing Nepal’s only consortium of libraries, the Nepal Library and Information Consortium.
He is also the Secretary of the Nepal Library and Information Consortium, and the Country Coordinator of Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL) in Nepal. He has written numerous articles related to Library and Information which has been published in different journals published from Nepal.

He was one of the poster presenter on ETDs for Research and Development in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) in Sri Lanka at ETD 2022, Novi Sad, Serbia. Indika Wijayasriwardana completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management at the London School of Commerce (LSC) UK in 2016. Then completed his Master's in business administration (MBA) at the Cardiff Metropolitan University UK in 2017. The Master's is a two-year English medium programme, specializing in Strategic Management, International Marketing Management, Financial Analysis and Management, International Business, Managing Human Capital Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, and a Dissertation on ‘An Evaluation of the Impact of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) on Data Analytics Driven Strategic Decision Making’. With successful completion of all the subjects and research, He could obtain Merit Pass for the MBA. After he followed multi-disciplinary certificates and diploma programmes, and among them, the qualification completed at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Ahmadabad, India, related to the Transformational Leadership programme is noteworthy to mention. He is presently working as Head of Shared Services at Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Sri Lanka.

Adrian Chisale is senior Library assistant from the University of Zambia Library, he holds a bachelor’s degree in library and information science from the university of Zambia, diploma and Certificate in Library and information science at Evelyn Hone College. He is currently a student doing masters of Library and information studies withhis research interest in Digital Libraries.

Librarian, Head, KFR Library, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh He also served at Chittagong Independent University for 7 years and at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), for 12 years. He received his PhD and M.Phil. in the Faculty of Art from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and his BA (Hons) and MA in Information Science and Library Management (ISLM) from the same university. He also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). A book by Dr. Rahman was published in Germany in 2012, and a good number of articles have been published in national and internationally reputed journals. He is also a reviewer for a number of national and international peer-reviewed journals. He has traveled to many countries, like the USA, Saudi Arabia, India, and Abu Dhabi.
His research interests are Library Modernization, Use of ICT in Libraries, Knowledge Management, Library Human Resources Management, ETD, Open Access, Open Science, Information Literacy, Networking and Resource Sharing, Information Marketing, Library Special Services, Library Advocacy and Library Auditing, etc.

Cecilia Christabel Kasonde is an assistant Librarian at Kwame Nkrumah University, Kabwe Zambia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Library Studies and Public Administration from the University of Zambia, an MA in Education Administration and Leadership from Kwame Nkrumah University in Zambia and is currently pursuing her MA in Library and Information Science at the University of Zambia. Her research interests are in public administration, education administration and library studies.

Mr. Wilbert Zvakafa is the University Librarian at the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU). He worked as an Assistant Librarian at Africa University (AU), Mutare, Zimbabwe for ten years before moving to Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) where he served as Sub Librarian before promoted to Deputy Librarian position. Mr Zvakafa left CUT to join ZOU as the University Librarian in 2020.
Mr. Zvakafa holds a Master of Science Honours Degree in Library and Information Science from the National University of Science and technology, (2009). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Studies from the ZOU (2006). Mr Zvakafa also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education from CUT (2019). He also holds a National Certificate and a National Diploma in Library and Information Science from Harare Polytechnic respectively.
Mr. Zvakafa is a member of the Distance Education Association of Southern Africa (DEASA), a member of the Zimbabwe Universities Libraries Consortium (ZULC), a member of the Zimbabwe Libraries Association (ZIMLA), a member of the International Association of Technological Universities Libraries, IATUL, a member of the British Council Library.
Interests in Open Science, Open Access, research data management, social media librarianship, information literacy, and scholarly communication and publishing.
Established an e-Archive for thesis and dissertations at ZOU. I believe that information should be ubiquitous.

Dr Ebelechukwu Gloria Ajuka (nee Igwe) is a QE II scholar and Doctor of Data and Information Science in the Faculty of Multidisciplinary Studies, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a Nigerian. She has many publications to her credit on studies relating to Library and Information Science, Knowledge management; Information and Communications Technology (ICT); Information Behaviour. She is also a multidisciplinary fellow with studies on ICT and Library Use, Open access, Knowledge sharing and Global Health, ICT and Agriculture, Cybernetics, Network analysis, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Climate change and Agriculture, Gender studies and Academic productivity; Information sharing and Safety, ICT and Security. She was a visiting scholar at University of Western Ontario, Canada in 2018 under the sponsorship of Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship for global health research collaborative programme. She has won full sponsorships to attend the AfricaLics conference in Algeria in 2017; Early-career African Climate Academics Workshop in Ghana in 2016; and the Association of Commonwealth Universities summer school conference in Canada in 2015.

Khundkar Noor Elahi is currently employed as a Deputy Librarian at Rajshahi University Central Library (RUCL). He finishes his Master’s in Library and Information Science followed by Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Rajshahi University. He is engaged in librarianship for more than two decades and worked as Cataloger, junior-librarian, assistant-librarian in different public-library, school, college, institute and university libraries. His research interest includes library-development and social science and he published quite a few articles in different journals. In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Rahma ABID, has a vital role in organizing academic events and international schools and conferences in Tunisia and France to advance the fields of statistics, and probability.
