Prof J P Singh Joorel obtained his M Stat and Ph D degrees from the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra University, Agra, and his M Phil degree from Meerut University, Meerut. He is a Professor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Jammu, J&K. He is presently the Director of the Information and Library Network Centre-An Autonomous Inter-University Centre of University Grants Commission, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Prof Joorel has supervised twenty-five Ph D & M Phil students and has about 100 research papers published in referred and peer-reviewed journals of repute, Book Chapters and presented at International/National Conferences. His research work has been recognized and covered in a book published by Springer, based in the USA. He is a Life Member of various academic Bodies/Societies and on the Reviewer/Editorial Board of Journals of international reputes. He has vast exposure to working in national bodies dealing with the academic and educational growth of institutions of higher learning.
Prof J P Singh Joorel has contributed to higher education institutions and their management. He has served as Member of the Council of the premier institute “The Indian Statistical Institute” and Member University Court and Executive Council of Central University of Haryana, the Planning and Monitoring Board of Central University of Gujarat, the Council and Syndicates of University of Jammu & University of Kashmir besides Member of Governing Bodies of several Autonomous Colleges. He has served as Member of the ICT Committee of NAAC, the Academic Council of Consortium of Educational Communication (Inter-University Centre of UGC), the Empowered Committee of UGC-CARE (Consortium for Academic and Research Ethics), the Implementation Core Committee of NIRF and Framework Development Committee and Team of Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIA) etc. He has also contributed as Member of the Expert Group on “Technology Use and Integration” for Formulation and drafting the Implementation Plan, drafting guidelines for setting up the Research & Development Cell in HEIs and framing guidelines for Research Internship with Faculty and Researchers at HEIs constituted by the University Grants Commission for Implementation of National Education Policy-2020.
He has widely travelled and visited the U.S.A., Australia, Portugal, Thailand, Taiwan, and Malaysia for academic pursuits and participated in several international programmes/seminars/conferences as Chairperson of technical sessions, invited speaker and delegate.
Prof Joorel, also remained a Member of Search Committees constituted for the appointment of Vice-Chancellor of some Universities.

Edward A Fox serves as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board for NDLTD. He began work on ETDs in 1987 when some involved in SGML (a precursor to HTML and XML) were considering its application to dissertations. He received a B.S. from MIT in 1972 and then completed his M.S. and Ph.D. (1983) at Cornell University, working with Gerard Salton (“the father of information retrieval”). At Virginia Tech since Aug. 1983, he is a Professor of Computer Science and is Director of the Digital Library Research Laboratory. He served as a Board member of the Computer Research Association (CRA). He was chair of the steering committee of JCDL (ACM/IEEE-CS Joint Conference on Digital Libraries). He serves on the steering committee of the International Conference on Asia-Pacific Digital Libraries. Dr. Fox has been (co)principal investigator on over 137 grants/contracts. He has taught over 88 tutorials in more than 28 countries. He has given over 70 keynote/ banquet/ international/ invited/ distinguished speaker presentations. He has co-authored/edited 19 books, and over 142 journal/magazine articles, 52 book chapters, and many reports. He has (co-)authored over 250 refereed conference/workshop papers and over 518 additional presentations/posters/demos. Formerly he served as Chairman of the IEEE-CS Technical Committee on Digital Libraries (TCDL), and earlier as vice chairman and then chairman of the ACM Special Interest Group on Information Retrieval (SIGIR). He has served on hundreds of conference/workshop committees, and now serves on 2 editorial boards, as well as Executive Editor of J-ETD.

Mr Manoj Kumar K Working as Scientist-F (CS) in INFLIBNET Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He is heading the award-winning project Shodhganga (ETD) of INFLIBNET which received the coveted NTLTD Leadership Award from Washington DC, USA during ETD 2017. It has also received the e-INDIA award from Mrs. Smriti Irani) Former Minister of HRD in 2011 Govt. of India and Edushine Excellence Award 2019 from Hon'ble Minster Suresh Prabhu in 2019. He has received the Education Excellence Award 2023 by ITN from the Minister of Education, Government of Kerala.
He also held the charge of Acting Director of INFLIBNET from June 01, 2006, to August 30, 2007. He has delivered expert lectures in 135+ Universities, 6 IITs, 4 IIMs, NIFT, Gandhinagar/New Delhi visited all 29 States in India. Published 33 Articles in National and International Journals and Edited 9 books with Research Gate Reads of 1137) and Vidwan Score 6.6. Visited 7 countries for official purposes the US, France, Serbia, Hungary, Belgium, Bhutan, and Mauritius.
He has successfully running the UGC SWAYAM-MOOC Research Ethics course (15 weeks) under the e-PG Pathshala project entitled ‘Development of Non-Technology PG Degree Online Courses’ for the 5th consecutive year in 2023 (July-December Semester) as Course Coordinator (CC) of the MOOC course. There were 15,000+ learners & students enrolled in this course which is conducted by INFLIBNET Centre as an Anchor Institute and the Central University of Himachal Pradesh as the Host Institute. He is an MCA from Kerala University with Distinction, Pursuing PhD in Semantic web in Gujarat University.
He has more than 30+ years of wide experience in Information and Technology which includes more than 5 years’ service in Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK), one and half year experience each in Coal India Ltd, Ranchi, Bihar as a System Officer and Asst. Engineer in CEDTI, Calicut.
He has received multiple travel grants that include USNDLTD, INSA and ETD 2022, Serbia, University of Novi Sad (for attending the 25th International Symposium on Electronic Theses and Dissertations – ETD 2022, Novi Sad, Serbia September 7 - 9, 2022).

Mohamad Mostafa is Regional Engagement Specialist, Middle East & Asia at DataCite
Mohamad Mostafa joined DataCite in June 2023 as a Regional Engagement Specialist for the Middle East and Asia. He works with the community to build more openness and trust in scholarly infrastructure and supports emerging communities transition towards Open Research and implementing its principles. Mohamad has participated in launching the ORCID Arabic interface to the Arab world and served as a volunteer Crossref Ambassador for the MENA region. Dr Charles J. Greenberg co-founded the first student ETD repository at the Yale University School of Medicine in 2002 and spearheaded Yale's membership in NDLTD. Charles also has been teaching library science on a part time basis for 20 years, first at Southern Connecticut State University and currently for San Jose State University since 2007. His most recent funded research project was entitled HEALTH INFO EQUITY, with a goal of providing students of health professions with skils and tools to evaluate the accuracy of health misinformation.

In her role, she leads the Global Access Program, contributes to DataCite’s outreach efforts and seeks collaboration with the research community. She also leads DataCite participation in the FAIR-IMPACT project. Previously, she worked at ORCID focusing on community engagement, to increase adoption and membership. Gabriela volunteers at the EOSC PID Policy & Implementation Task Force, the Board of Directors of the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations and the NISO Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility committee. She's interested in shaping a more open research infrastructure.

Shirsha heads the ML Engineering team in Bangalore for Thomson Reuters Labs, as part of which she is leading development and deployment of well-architected, solutions in AWS and other cloud platforms for ML projects that drive efficiency and value for AI-driven features in Thomson Reuters products, platforms and business systems. She is interested in successful operationalizing and sustenance of ML solutions into live workloads. She works with communities on AI for good, societal impact projects and in the tech for D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) space. Dr NABI HASAN is the Head Librarian at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Earlier, he served as the University Librarian at Aligarh Muslim University. He is the First Norman E. Borlaug Fellow from India in Library Information Systems, trained at Cornell University, New York, USA. Dr. Hasan has been honoured with the Fellow of the Special Libraries Association Award 2022 (FSLA). He won the SLA Engineering Librarian of the Year Award 2021, the Bonnie Hilditch International Librarian Award 2018, the SLP-SLA Asian Fellow Award 2019, and has also won the SLA Presidential Citation 2021. Dr. Hasan has been conferred with the Royal Society of Chemistry's Librarians' Choice Award 2019 and won the SLA Overall Best Poster Award 2020. He is the recipient of the Vice-Chancellor Appreciation Award 2003 HP Agriculture University Palampur, Appreciation from the Vice-Chancellor of the Aligarh Muslim University 2018, Appreciation from the Chairman, Board of Governors, IIT Delhi 2012, Appreciation Certificate from IEEE twice, Lifetime Achievement Award 2015, SALIS - Dr. Harish Chandra-Sushila Chandra National Best Librarian Award on Oct. 14, 2022, and more recently, Outstanding Academic Librarian Award 2023, conferred on the occasion of National Librarians Day 2023, by Social Development Federation, UP, India. Earlier, Dr. Hasan served as Vice-President of IASLIC, and President of SLA Asia & Academic & Education Community of the SLA-USA. Dr Tamal Kumar Guha is working as Librarian of IIT Guwahati since June 2013. He is also Principle Investigator of North East Regional Centre of National Digital Library of India. Dr. Guha has been associated in the Library profession for about 30 years and is actively engaged in various national initiatives at different capacities, as well as, published bunch of articles in different journals and conference proceedings. He completed his Master Degree in Sociology from Kalyani University and Master of Library & Information Science from North Eastern Hill University as Gold Medallist. He also completed Ph. D. in Library & Information Science from North Eastern Hill University.
Dr Guha started his career as a professional hand in Ram Krishna Mission, Shillong and subsequently joined as Librarian of Patkai Christian College, Nagaland, in 1994. He moved to IIT Guwahati in 1998 as Assistant Librarian. Before joining as first Librarian of IIT Guwahati, he served as first Librarian of Sikkim University (from 2011 to 2013).
In 2006, Dr. Guha completed his Fulbright fellowship from Syracuse University, New York, USA. In 2014 he was selected as an Erasmus Mundus Scholar in the field of Communication and Information Sciences and worked in School of Information & Library Studies, University College Dublin.

Creator and developer of ‘E Midwife’ mobile Application to combat labor complications funded by Dr. MGR- DST (2023).
